The perennial jets of the many fountains make this community the City of water. Cool and transparent, it rises bubbling to the surface after a long run through the gravelly underground terrain, forming many small rivulets and encircling the castle of the Pancera Counts.  It is also the land of the potato that finds fertile soil in the sands deposited by the Meduna River and which is presented in all its tastes and flavours in July, on the occasion of the traditional Country Festival.
