The route starts from the roundabout in MANIAGO (km 0.0) located at the end of via Unità d’Italia (SS 464, towards Fanna), where the new FVG 3 Pedemontana Pordenonese Cycle Route from Budoia passes through to currently arrive at Pinzano and which is taken in the direction of Fanna/Cavasso. Just to the right is the cycle track with the signs to be followed. Travelling up and down along the track, alongside FANNA, turn right at the crossroads with the traffic lights (3.2 km up to this point), following the signs to the Sanctuary and leaving the cycle route. (The route to the left leads to the centre of Fanna).

Follow via Mistri, cross the quiet countryside, and at the crossroads with main road SS464 continue opposite on a small road that leads to the isolated sanctuary of the Madonna di Strada (5.7 km) where there is a park and tourist facilities. Continue the route to return to the main road to the right and after about 900 m turn left into an isolated paved road. At the junction (an isolated house) turn to the right and continue straight (beautiful views of the Raut mountain range). Cross ORGNESE until reaching the intersection with provincial road SP 3 (9.7 km). Turn left, leaving the pretty little church of S. Leonardo (modern frescoes), cross the railway, coming across the cycle track again, to reach the large intersection with SP2 and continue in front.

Having reached the main square of CAVASSO NUOVO is the “Palazat”, turn right along the main road and after about 1000 m (at the trattoria al Cacciatore) turn right into via Zorutti, which leads back to provincial road SP 2 (13.1 km) to the left. Again, always along SP 2, past Ponte Maraldi (Maraldi Bridge) over the Meduna torrent, (downhill and uphill) and continuing straight to reach the crossroads of MEDUNO, which is slightly uphill (15.4 km). Going to the right (pedestrian crossing towards palazzo Cossis) and after about 200 m take a small road to the left (via Roma). Follow the zigzagging main road, leaving via Mizzeri to the right until reaching piazza Miani (A small church with a modern bell tower).

This is the centre of SOTTOMONTE. Proceeding up to intersecting via Stabin to the right that leads to the crossroads (in Tomba) to take the cycle route again, forking via Ciago to the right. The cycle route turns suddenly to the right to reach CIAGO (church). Turn right and immediately to the left (sign Zona industriale – Industrial estate). Upon arriving at the large roundabout (19.0 km), leave the main cycle path (which goes down to the right to the Meduna riverbed) and keep to the left (cycle path sign to the Railway Station), crossing and cycling alongside the railway and coming out on provincial road SP 552. Go straight (otherwise, by turning left the route reaches the railway station of Meduno-Ciago).

Cycle across the beautiful plains along a wide road with little traffic, passing by SOLIMBERGO (a small road to the right towards the castle) and, having gone uphill and through a tunnel, go down through the woods towards SEQUALS. Go straight along via Ellero, until reaching the intersection (road signs) (25.3 km), take the left road, pass by the beautiful small church of S. Nicolò and along a woody and lonely road to reach USAGO. At the roundabout (29.8 km) turn right towards Lestans, (SP22) (to the left to reach the railway station of Travesio-Usago or straight to reach Molevana and Pontic) and, immediately after the cement factory, take the small road to the left. At the first crossroads, go to the right, cross provincial road SP22 (Lestans is to the left) and continue ahead along a narrow paved road, passing by a stable. At the crossroads go right to reach the small church of S. Zenone (34.1 km) located in the woods on a rise.

Proceed along the paved road and then on a dirt road until crossing a paved road on the left which goes straight on up to the crossroads (stele on the right). Continue ahead (a small bridge) along a dirt road until coming out on a paved road, keeping to the right where there is another small chapel leading to via Roma (opposite is the road to the cemetery), (38.3 km). This is SEQUALS. Go to the right and then to the left into via S. Giovanni that continues with via Odorico, (detour for villa Carnera), leading to main road SS 464.

Go to the right, cross the bridge over the Meduna (panorama), entering the town of COLLE and immediately turn left into via Arba continuing along a quiet wide road to reach ARBA. At the intersection (43.6 km) go straight, across the traffic lights and along a quiet road with several ups and downs, over the Colvera torrent to reach CAMPAGNA. Having reached the houses, take via dei Radici to the right (47.0 km) and follow it up to the intersection with the by-pass via Marco Polo, (again in MANIAGO) where the cycle path is resumed to the right, leading back to the starting point at the roundabout. The route covers a distance of 51.1 km.
