The oasis of nature protected by the Palù close to the Sile River, among the few wetland areas of the region where you find safeguards for various species of animals and plants, is one of the main landscape attractions of this community on the threshold of the Veneto. Panigai is still considered a valuable medieval hamlet, while the bell-tower of Barco is described as "the leaning tower of Friuli", for its high degree of lean.
